个人主页头像库，允许用户选择已有的图片作为头像插件。
我之前安装过这个插件，但是重装过了，忘记这个插件叫什么了。
这个插件的功能就是在后台维护上传一些图片，然后用户可以在个人主页头像那里选择一张作为头像。
