web-push 版本OK的，清一下 PHP cache，然后重启一下，
另外，如果你用的是 Microsoft Edge，试试用其他浏览器看看，
如果还是这样，进入数据库删除该表（记得提前备份以防止错误），然后尝试再次安装。
